Welcome to my world baby James =)

How easy is it to hike Mount Manalmon?
We hiked with minimal supervision to our 4 year-old baby James.  When we are about to take his hand, he always says "Kaya ko na!".

Tipid Tip :
Meals are too pricey.  Take time to bring packed lunch and trail food to minimize buying at the jump-off if you don't have that much budget.  But if you really want to help them, it's just okay to buy Php90 meal with free soup.

Itinerary :
6:00 AM                    - ETD at Cubao
8:30 AM                    - ETA at Brgy. Kamias, San Miguel, Bulacan
8:30 AM - 9:15AM      - Brgy. Kamias to Brgy. Madlum (jump-off)
9:15 AM                    - Registration and arrange for guides (required)
9:30 AM - 10:15 AM   - jump-off to Manalmon Peak
10:15 AM - 10:45 AM - picture taking at the peak
10:45 AM - 11:30 AM - peak to jump-off
12:00 NN                  - lunch
1:00 PM - 3:30 PM     - San Miguel to Cubao

Lioness and Rhino Rock Formation in Norzagaray, Bulacan was the event that I created for this day but when we get there it was facing environmental issues about quarrying so we were not able to get in.  I just asked my husband to have an option 2 for the day if the Lioness activity will not push through.  I just asked him where the jump-off will be for Mount Manalmon.  But while writing this, I came to know that you can reach two peaks in just one hike.  The other peak and is just 30 minutes away from Manalmon Peak was Mount Gola.  And if you have a service vehicle you can push through with swimming and caving at Minalungao National Park.  Next time we get along the area I will make sure to be back at Minalungao Park.

Thank you so much Jane and Mark for some photos.

  7. Been there with my family already. The experience was great and I will definitely come back soon! Highly recommended for beginners, even kids can do it!

I also recommend our tour organizer, Chaty, her entire staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. As in from the van drivers to the local guides.
